Private members clubs in Singapore

Private members clubs in Singapore are having a remarkable moment, and the second half of this year presents a genuine opening to make the right choice.

Mandala Club, Bukit Pasoh: community with real substance

Mandala Club was established in 2021 in Singapore as a private members club built on the pillars of conversation, creation, celebration, and connection. The address, a heritage building on Bukit Pasoh Road, gives the place genuine character. The club is perhaps best known for hosting some of the world’s top restaurants, including Gaggan and 3-Michelin-starred Mirazur, and it features different dining concepts including Mori, a 12-seat omakase experience led by a Nobu alumnus.

The club keeps a close watch on Singapore’s young entrepreneurs. It has a thriving under-30s member base, and it runs a mentorship series in which unicorn startup founders and executives from multinational companies share their advice. This approach makes the membership feel active, not passive. Joining fees start from $5,000, with a monthly fee starting from $198.

Beyond dining, membership gives holders access to 40 reciprocal clubs within the Mandala Club network worldwide, including locations in London, Paris, San Francisco, Sydney, and the Philippines. For anyone moving between cities, that reach is a serious benefit.

67 Pall Mall, Orchard Road: wine as a way of life

The first Asian flagship of this London-born private members wine club, 67 Pall Mall occupies prime real estate in the historic Shaw Centre at the heart of Orchard Road. It is a very particular kind of club. The ever-evolving wine list is full of rare label bottles, including lesser-known gems, and members can pair them with signature dishes from its London Club and Asian-inspired fare for a gastronomic experience.

Inside the clubroom, floor-to-ceiling windows and a large wine tower hold the club’s premium collection. For a more private setting, the whisky bar is surrounded by camphor buri wood that gives a calming atmosphere. The founder chose deliberately not to replicate the London model. To satisfy residents’ appetite for learning, the club holds masterclasses and events that allow members to learn while drinking wine.

Membership fees start from $2,000 to join, with annual fees from $1,000. For wine lovers and serious food enthusiasts, that entry point makes this one of the most accessible routes into real Singapore dining exclusivity.

Vanta, Orchard Road: the boldest new arrival

Vanta aims to become the most ambitious private club in Singapore, with a club space of over 16,000 square feet and a bold culinary programme led by Michelin-starred consulting chef Alvin Leung, alongside ever-evolving collections of whiskies, limited-release wines, small-batch koshu, and coveted junmai daiginjo. The concept opened in early 2026, and the conversation around it has not stopped since.

At its core, Vanta positions itself as a space where Singapore’s most ambitious women can gather to exchange ideas and lead conversations across industries. The club’s atmosphere uses dark leathers and woods, accented by gilded elements and lit floors, offering a clear departure from the typical polished private club environment. That aesthetic choice feels deliberate and confident.

In addition to the food and beverage programme, members can use the space for business meetings or take advantage of the AI golf simulator. The joining fee starts from $6,000, with annual fees from $6,800, and membership is by invitation only. Founding membership spots remain genuinely limited.

Expert perspective on Singapore’s private club scene

Singapore’s private members clubs are no longer about exclusivity for its own sake. The clubs that survive and grow are the ones that offer something specific: a defined community, a learning programme, a dining philosophy, or a values-led experience. Members today want access to ideas and people, not just rooms with good furniture. The smartest clubs understand that their real product is the conversation that happens between their members. A joining fee is easy to justify when the return is a network that genuinely moves your life or career forward. For the second half of this year, the clubs most worth watching are those combining food and beverage excellence with a clear point of view on who their members are.

Industry perspective, private members club and luxury hospitality professionals in Singapore

Tower Club, Republic Plaza: business at altitude

Tower Club is Singapore’s premier private business club, perched on the 62nd to 64th floors of Republic Plaza, one of the country’s tallest buildings. This location gives members and guests views of the iconic Marina Bay waterfront. The setting alone makes a strong case for joining. Perched atop Republic Plaza, the club is celebrated for culinary excellence, with 3 restaurants where world-class chefs craft some of the most refined dishes, enjoyed during curated cultural events or in fine dining style.

As a member, you gain access to more than 200 private clubs across the globe. These affiliated clubs provide the same level of prestige, business connections, and warm hospitality in the world’s most active commercial centres. This is the club for people who entertain clients and need a space that impresses on sight.

Membership is available with flexibility in term options, for individuals or through corporate plans. For professionals who spend as much time networking as they do working, Tower Club removes the effort from the process.

The Nanson, Robertson Quay: new energy in a familiar space

The Nanson has taken over the former 1880 space, all 22,000 square feet of it, in the Robertson Quay neighbourhood. What makes the club notable is its dedication to experiences and exceptional service. The location already has history, and The Nanson is building something new on top of it. Its calendar covers intellectual, cultural, and wellness content, including discourse on global affairs, industry-leading technology events, and dining experiences.

Single memberships start from $6,000, with couple membership starting from $9,000. The club suits entrepreneurs, professionals, and anyone who wants their social life to feel as purposeful as their working one. Robertson Quay adds a relaxed, neighbourhood quality that the CBD clubs cannot easily replicate.

The right private members club is waiting for you

Private members clubs in Singapore are not all the same, and that is precisely the point. Each of the 5 clubs in this list offers a distinct reason to join: a dining programme, a professional network, a community of shared values, or simply the best view in the city. Private members clubs here have moved far beyond velvet ropes and waiting lists. The right membership delivers real returns in access, connection, and quality of life. Research each option carefully, request a visit where possible, and choose the community that matches who you are right now, not who you were 5 years ago.
