2. Famous Sungei Road Trishaw Laksa, Hong Lim Food Centre. Found in the Hong Lim Market and Food Centre, this Michelin Bib Gourmand winner serves a unique laksa. The gravy is made smoother and lighter with evaporated milk and fresh coconut juice. You can even get a special version with crayfish.

3. Sungei Road Laksa, Jalan Berseh. Sungei Road Laksa is housed within a coffee shop that is slightly hard to get to, with no MRT stations nearby. People still come from all over for bowls of laksa, and the queue stays long throughout opening hours. The effort is absolutely worth it.

4. 928 Yishun Laksa, Yishun. Known for having the best laksa in the north of Singapore, 928 Yishun is a must-visit destination for laksa fans in the Yishun area. Be prepared for a long queue because this place is simply very popular. You may also ask the chef to replace cockles with crabsticks.

5. Wei Yi Laksa, Queensway. West-side residents take pride in having the best laksa through Wei Yi. It is one of the few hawker stalls that allow customers to choose their preferred ingredients from various sets. That flexibility makes it a strong option for diners with specific preferences.
